Japanese Solar Sail mission takes photo of itself in deep space

Just when I thought the Japanese had finished coming up with clever things to do in space (such as successfully unfurling the world’s first solar sail), they pull another rabbit out of the hat. This time it is taking an image of the IKAROS solar sail in deep space using a jettisonable camera. It makes sense given the large size of the solar sail and the small size of the craft the sail is attached to.
