The next attempt to launch the Space Shuttle Discovery will occur tomorrow morning at 5.04 am AEST (add one hour if daylight savings applies in your state or territory). NASA is forecasting a 60% chance of weather conditions improving enough for a launch attempt. Assuming the launch occurs, you will be able to watch it live on NASA TV.
