Fascination recollection of the ‘Lunokhod’ program, the story of the secret remote robots Russia (should really say Soviet Union) built and operated on the Moon’s surface more than three decades ago (text in italics from iview).
The real highlight of the documentary for me that it included a lot of original film footage which I had never seen before, plus seeing in action the various prototypes which the Soviets developed (including a walking one) before they settled on the final design.
