Thursday’s Partial Solar Eclipse (2 June 2011 Australian Time) will not be visible directly from Australia. Maximum eclipse will occur at 7.16am AEST this Thursday morning and will be visible from high Northern latitudes (with Northern Sweden ideally placed for this eclipse). Weather permitting, the eclipse will be webcast from Norway from this site (maximum eclipse there occurs at 7.30am AEST Thursday morning).
