An observer living in Clear Lake, Texas (United States) has just reported seeing NASA’s Upper Atmosphere Research Satellite. That is encouraging in that it is still ‘up there’ and not going to re-enter over the United States.
Other (U.S.) observers are also reporting that they have seen it. It is also flashing – which is confirmation that it is slowly tumbling through space.
