I have been to Cairns four (or is it five years?) running now. I know I have come here to watch a total eclipse BUT everything is so green and beautiful. That even includes the green ants – admittedly when wandering around on flowers.
As a complete aside, I did check out the story that the second half of a green ant is tasty. It’s true but you have to avoid being bitten by the first half. Slightly tricky given how small they are but I managed.
